Even The Sky's Not The Limit For Eddie Masjedi



There are several companies that offer ice creams – some offer them in a cup or cone, while others have a texture that is so soft that it is often referred to as a soft serve. There are also ice cream companies that offer ice cream in the form of tiny balls and then there are those which come pre-packaged in the form of a bar or cone. However, there were almost no ice creams that were meant exclusively for an adult audience, until Eddie Masjedi appeared on the scene.
One night, in an attempt to create something different and interesting for his wife, Eddie decided to add some alcohol to an ice cream base and what emerged was not only delicious, but also something that gave Eddie a vision to greatness. Hence was born Snobar and from the time of inception, Eddie Masjedi has made sure that he has worked hard to create something that is truly exceptional. Even though he had an interesting idea, Eddie Masjedi knew that he would have to work with professionals who would not only help with creating the right flavour combinations but also ensuring that the ratios were right.
Eddie Masjedi worked with chefs, mixologists and even brought in a few food scientists, to ensure that his brand new range of ice creams would be nothing less than spectacular. Today, you can taste Snobar ice creams in flavours such as Margarita, Pink Squirrel, Grasshopper and even Brandy Alexander and the hard work that Eddie has put into this endeavour will ensure that when you take your first lick, you will be reminded of your favourite cocktail!
