There are some people in this world who have the true Midas touch – no matter what they touch, it turns into gold. Eddie Masjedi happens to be one such person, because irrespective of which career path he chose, he was able to succeed at it. However, it was in the food and beverage industry that he found his biggest hit.

One night, in an effort to create an interesting dessert for his wife, Shannon, Eddie decided to add some uncommon ingredients to a regular ice cream mix. In his attempt to create an adult dessert, he added some alcohol to the mix and what emerged was in incredible icy treat. Not only did his wife live his crazy creation, Eddie Masjedi realised that he was laying foundation for something that would become a runaway hit!

And hence was born Snobar – a sweet treat that is meant only for adults, as it offers them a frozen version of their favourite cocktails, including Margarita, Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Grasshopper, Brandy Alexander and Pink Squirrel. What is interesting to note is that none of these interesting ice creams came about easily, because Eddie Masjedi had to spend a lot of time with mixologists, food scientists and chefs, in order to come up with the precise measurements.

Today, with his hard work and a vision for something stupendous, Eddie Masjedi has managed to make Snobar a global sensation. However, he has not stopped, because he is still constantly working towards creating more new flavours and giving his customers something better!
